Incoming Wire Transfer

To receive electronic funds from another financial institution securely to your Valwood Park Federal Credit Union (VPFCU) account, please complete the Incoming Wire Instruction form and provide it to the sending institution to ensure accurate transfer of funds.

Wire Accuracy

Social Security Numbers are not accepted as member numbers. Please make sure everything is as accurate as possible, or your wire may be rejected.

Match Details

The name and address you provide to the other financial institution must exactly match what we have on file at VPFCU. Ensuring this information is accurate will help avoid delays.

Wire Processing

Incoming wires are processed throughout the day as we receive them during office business hours. If there is a delay, please refer to Sender.

Outgoing Wire Transfer

Need to send money electronically to another financial institution securely from your VPFCU account? Once you gather the wiring instruction for the other financial institution that is receiving the funds, simply complete the wire transfer request by logging in to your account. You can send wire request through your Online Banking access on your desktop or mobile device.

Don’t have access to your Online Banking? Reach out to us to request a secure email of the wire form to your email. We understand the importance of keeping your financial information protected, and we are committed to providing you with a seamless and secure transfer process.

Important Information

Wire transfers received after 4:30 pm central time will be processed on the next business day. To ensure that wires are sent out by our designated cut-off time, we kindly request that wire transfer requests be submitted no later than 4:00 pm central time. This timeline allows our team at VPFCU the necessary time to thoroughly verify the wire request and address any discrepancies that may arise.

VPFCU takes privacy and security of our members’ assets and information very seriously. You SHOULD NOT wire or send money out if you answer YES to one or more questions below.

Were you promised a large amount of money in return for sending this wire?
Were you instructed to wire money to claim lottery, prize winnings inheritance, or unexpected windfall?
Are you sending money in response to a guaranteed credit card loan offer?
Are you sending money in response to an internet or phone offer from a dating app or any social media platform reward?
Are you sending money to someone you don’t know or have not met in another state/country?
